Terms and conditions of the picture agency

(1) Kunstkonnex Artconsulting and Dr. Sonja Lechner assume no legal responsibility or liability for invitations to exhibition openings, fairs or galleries and studios and give no guarantee or assurance with regard to the works of art acquired there or in connection with such events. This applies in particular to their authenticity, origin and value. These and the pricing are the responsibility of the buyer and seller and/or other intermediaries; the seller and/or other intermediaries are also the point of contact in the event of a resale.

(2) The commission payments agreed between the art consultancy and galleries or artists as well as the related contractual contents are subject to strict confidentiality.

(3) Both parties undertake not to disclose any information about the commission payments or related agreements to third parties without prior written consent.

(4) This confidentiality obligation shall apply beyond the term of the business relationship and shall remain in force even after its termination.
